Pretty soon after the order you will receive an email with further information and how you can download the e-tickets. If you do not receive the email, that is of course annoying. What to do?
- Is the email in the Spam folder?
- Check the virus scanner or any other anti-spam tools that are on your computer.
- Some email clients have an “Unread email” folder. Is the email there? Do you read your email via Outlook, Thunderbird, or another program? Take a look at your provider’s Webmail to see if the email can be seen there. If you have a Gmail account, look through https://gmail.com and with a Microsoft account at https://outlook.com.
- Send an email to yourself via another account and check if it arrives.
If all this does not offer a solution, email info@shopsintgab.be with the order number (which can be found in your bank’s payment overview) and your order details.
